A Fusion of Classic and Contemporary Design by Saraf Architects

The project concept revolves around achieving a harmonious blend of simplicity and luxury. It is characterized by a meticulously curated limited color palette that lays the foundation for refined furniture and decor choices.

Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a grand entrance that exudes opulence and grace. Italian flooring, adorned with exquisite inlay work, extends gracefully from one end of the apartment to the other, creating a visually striking focal point.

Living Room

This apartment seamlessly integrates traditional furniture with a modern design sensibility. Subtle wooden paneling discreetly conceals bedroom doors that open into the living room, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Dining Area

In the dining area, a magnificent dining table crafted from Brazilian granite takes center stage, surrounded by elegant chairs upholstered in serene blue hues. Soft ambient lighting creates an intimate dining atmosphere, and tinted mirrors in the backdrop add a touch of indulgence.

Layout Plan

The master bedroom reflects the client's affinity for traditional carved furniture, featuring elegant burl veneer in muted tones. In contrast, the second master bedroom caters to the younger son with a darker and ultra-modern design. It boasts Corian tops and rotating side tables, along with a unique switchable glass wall connecting the bathroom and TV area, providing a visually captivating experience.

Master Room 1

The primary guest room leans toward a darker color palette, with a vibrant pop of color in the backrest. On the other hand, the secondary guest room exudes a gentler ambiance, boasting a stunning four-poster bed, a console, and side tables crafted from various on-site cast marbles.

Finally, the multi-purpose room serves as a versatile space, accommodating a Murphy bed and facilitating activities such as yoga, exercise, singing, or play for the kids. When additional guests arrive, it can transform into a comfortable sleeping area, showcasing the apartment's versatility and functionality.
